In this beginner class, Teens will learn how to use Reiki in their everyday life. From mediation to relieving stress and pain, it is always there to help bring balance. 

 

In Reiki Level 1 for Teens we will go over: 

  • A brief history of Reiki
  • The body's energy system
  • The attunement which makes using Reiki possible
  • Break for lunch
  • Self-Reiki practice
  • Integrating Reiki into everyday life
  • Triggers and tests
