I hope you are doing well and let me just say how happy I am that you've decided to look into getting yourself some mental health, even if it's just a toe in the water.

 

Once upon a time I was stuck, feeling resentful, used control to make myself feel better. I felt lonely even though I had friends and I just couldn't shake this feeling like I was trapped.

Now I help women (really, Moms) to understand they are completely normal. The secret is to discover the way they live and work best.  In my emails and blogs I bring relatable situations and tested strategies, to light.  They are usually short and only come 1-2 times a month.
